Health is not just about physical body. Our mind, body and soul are interconnected and affect each other.
It is important to create a healthy balance between mind , body and soul and satisfaction of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs.
MIND
• Read and learn new things = Focus on learning new things, gather information which improves you as a person and helps to building a good personality and mindset.
•Laugh often = When we laugh our nervous system is improves.
•Practice yoga = Yoga is not only exercise it is more than exercise. It affects all mind, body and soul. It builds strength,coordination,flexibility, and calming your mind.
BODY
• Exercise = It is important to be fit from outside. Do some high intensity exercises everyday just 15 minutes along with yoga.
• Feel nature = Spend time outside and fill your body with oxygen.
• Eating healthy = Eat green leafy vegetables and organic food. Most important experience the food not just eat.
SOUL
• Meditation = It improves memory, attention, mood, immune system, and energises your interior system.
• Be grateful = Don't take stress in life and be grateful of what you have in life.
•Get enough sleep = It is also a meditation but in this our mind is not conscious.
